DA Link
The DA Link application is a secure web service which provides Pennsylvania's district attorneys the ability to construct
criminal Informations online and submit them electronically to the Courts of Common Pleas. When the criminal Information is electronically accepted in CPCMS, offenses are updated, a docket entry is written to the case
and the appropriate case events are added.
Attorney Registration
The Pennsylvania Annual Registration Form option allows attorneys to register for a secure user account. Upon registration approval from the courts,
attorneys can complete the Annual Form and securely pay the annual fee to the Attorney Registration Office of the Disciplinary Board. Payment may
be made using a Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit/debit cards or by ATM card.
Secure Web Docket Sheets
The Secure Web Docket Sheet option provides access to search, view and print docket sheets that contain additional content
not accessible for public viewing, for Pennsylvania’s Criminal Courts of Common Pleas,
Magisterial District Courts and the
Philadelphia Municipal Court.
In addition, secure Court Summary Information, Case Accounting and Pre-Sentence Summary reports are available for Criminal Courts of Common Pleas and Philadelphia Municipal Court cases.
Secure Calendar Schedule
The Secure Calendar Schedule option provides access to search, view and print case events scheduled in the Criminal Courts of Common Pleas
and Magisterial District Courts. The secure version provides additional search options, not available to the public, to find case
scheduling information. The secure calendar schedule also lists all case participants and whether attendance at the case event is required.
Statewide Warrants
The Statewide Warrants option provides access to view warrants generated from the
Common Pleas Criminal Court Case Management System (CPCMS) and the Magisterial District Judge Management System (MDJS). Information pertaining to active warrants is available regardless of the date on which the
warrant was issued. Information pertaining to inactive warrants is available for warrants issued within the last year.
Disposition Lookup
The Disposition Lookup option provides access for police officers to view dispositions on cases where they are the arresting officer.
The information generated is from the Magisterial District Judge Case Management System (MDJS) for criminal, traffic and non-traffic cases.
Judicial Assignments
The Judicial Assignments option provides access for the intermediate appellate courts, common pleas courts, and magisterial district courts
to request the assignment of a judge to their court.
