GTS allows the courts to effectively monitor guardianships and protect persons with a guardian by allowing court staff to easily identify late reports and setting automated flags on potential areas of concern. GTS enhances the judicial system’s efforts to effectively monitor the assets and protect the well-being of persons with a guardian from abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation. All guardianship cases are required to be monitored in GTS by the courts.

A secure account is required to use the GTS.

Please note: A secure account can access multiple secure areas of the UJS Portal. There is no need to create separate accounts, particularly for Pennsylvania attorneys, to access each secure service or application.

The GTS application is designed strictly for tracking and submitting guardianship-related reports online. It is not a resource for learning more about the Pennsylvania guardianship process. If you would like more information about guardianships in general, refer to the Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania’s website.
