GTS - The Guardianship Tracking System

The Pennsylvania Guardianship Tracking System (GTS) is an application that allows guardians of adult-incapacitated persons to submit inventory and annual person and estate reports online.

GTS assists guardians in their statutorily required responsibility of filing the inventory, annual reports, and final reports by:

  • Sending electronic notifications when a report due date is approaching or overdue
  • Providing guidance on completing the reports
  • Availability to file reports 24/7, 365 days a year
  • Pre-filing select information on the current year’s report(s) from your case and previously filed reports
  • Eliminating arithmetic errors
  • Allowing guardians to view previously filed reports
  • And more!
**Filing fees charged by the county in which the guardianship is filed may apply. Payment for any filing fees can be done with a major credit card or ATM card when filing a report via GTS.

Assisting the Courts with Guardianship Monitoring

GTS allows the courts to effectively monitor guardianships and protect persons with a guardian by allowing court staff to easily identify late reports and setting automated flags on potential areas of concern. GTS enhances the judicial system’s efforts to effectively monitor the assets and protect the well-being of persons with a guardian from abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation. All guardianship cases are required to be monitored in GTS by the courts.

Please note: A secure account can access multiple secure areas of the UJS Portal. There is no need to create separate accounts, particularly for Pennsylvania attorneys, to access each secure service or application.

The GTS application is designed strictly for tracking and submitting guardianship-related reports online. It is not a resource for learning more about the Pennsylvania guardianship process.
